Roadside Service Technician East Coast Towing -
Raleigh, NC Pay:
$90,000 - $120,000+ per year

On-Call Availability Required Position Overview East Coast Towing is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Roadside Service Technicians to join our growing team in the Raleigh area. This is a full commission-based position with high earning potential for individuals who are driven to succeed and provide exceptional service to motorists in need. Responsibilities Respond to roadside assistance calls in a safe and timely manner.
Provide services including:
Tire changes Jump starts Vehicle lockouts Fuel deliveries Basic roadside assistance services Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatchers, and team members. Accurately document services performed and customer information. Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices. Keep equipment and service vehicles clean and in proper working condition. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift and move equipment as required. Reliable transportation to and from work. Must be willing to work an on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior roadside assistance, towing, automotive, or mechanical experience is required!
