Job Description

Job description MVA Services, Inc. has an excellent opportunity for a Transformer Technician. MVA Services, Inc., based out of Canton, OH, is a field service corporation dedicated to servicing the transformer market up to 765 kV for the electric utility and industrial markets. We are seeking transformer technicians with three to five years' experience performing oil processing on power transformers and vacuum-filling new transformers. This position equires mechanical aptitude and nationwide travel.
Responsibilities include:
Safety compliance Team communication Transformer assembly A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Experience:
Proficient in using hand and power tools OSHA 10 hour Forklift and Manlift Certification Additional Qualifications (Plus): OSHA 30 hours Class A CDL Independently Operating an Oil Processing Rig This position pays overtime after 40 hours and Sunday double time. This position require three weeks' travel each month. While in the field, the position pays every day.
