Service Specialists (Technicians) Hourly base + production bonus Certification and Performance-driven pay structure 8 Pay levels that are fully transparent pay plan with room for growth. The more certifications, the more you earn.

• $100,000+ depending on skill, certifications, and production 1st year apprentice
• $15 hourly
• 2nd year apprentice $17 +$7 Production Master Techs with Advance Levels reaching $51/hour ($33 hourly + $18 production) Service Consultants Hourly base (safety net) + performance pay Earn based on: Your individual and overall company sales performance Typical range: $55,000
