Job Description

Position:
Service Technician Location:
Abbeville, South Carolina - 610 W. Greenwood St.
Description:
Service technicians are an integral part of the Piedmont Propane team.
Tasks include:
Installation:
Install propane tanks, regulators, and piping for residential and commercial customers.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on propane systems and appliances, including safety checks, leak detection, and equipment adjustments.
Repair:
Diagnose and repair propane system issues, including leaks, malfunctions, and equipment failures.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Safety:
Adhere to strict safety protocols when handling propane and working with equipment.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
Other Duties:
May include delivering propane, assisting with tank setting and removal, and other duties as assigned.
