About The Role The Technician performs mechanical diagnostics on a variety of gas fireplace systems and provides customers with proposed solutions. You'll need strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a genuine desire to serve. Every day is different — and every job matters. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and diagnose gas fireplace mechanical and electrical system faults Repair and/or install proposed parts and components Read and interpret manuals, instructions, and wiring diagrams Navigate computer systems, apps, and CRM platforms Manage on-site communication with customers professionally Collect payments for services rendered Maintain a safe work environment at all times Must be able to lift items/objects up to 70 lbs Safely operate company-owned vehicles Required Skills & Abilities Strong written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills Adaptable in fast-paced work environments Positive attitude with ability to manage change Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as a team player Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy Ability to use hand tools and work in confined spaces Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits $25,000 base salary Commission on every job completed (realistic total $45,000-$75,000+) Company van + tools provided Paid time off Full training provided — no experience necessarySchedule:
