The Opportunity This is a long-term career opportunity for an expert spray foam professional. Day one, you will be running our Akurate Dynamics rig on residential, commercial, and agricultural jobs across the Baltimore metro and Mid-Atlantic. As we grow, your role grows — eventually leading a second crew, training apprentices, and being part of the leadership team. This is the job for an applicator who wants to be respected, paid at the top of the market, and have real input into how the company gets built. What You Will Do Lead and execute residential, commercial, and agricultural spray foam projects from start to finish. Operate, maintain, repair and troubleshoot our 2023 Akurate Dynamics hydraulic rig (proportioner, hoses, transfer pumps, full system) at an expert level. Ensure flawless, on-ratio spray foam application — the Akurate ACE system logs every gallon and proves your work to clients and builders. Run job site setup and breakdown to a five-star standard. We leave every site cleaner than we found it. Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and commercial clients on-site. Train and mentor our part-time helper / apprentice — passing on quality, safety, and culture. Enforce all OSHA, EPA, and DOT safety protocols at every step. Who We Are Looking For Significant verifiable experience as a lead spray foam applicator (3+ years preferred). You can confidently run a rig and a job site solo. Meticulous attention to detail. "Good enough" is not in your vocabulary. The right balance of speed and accuracy — efficient without ever sacrificing quality or safety. A positive, solutions-oriented attitude. We have zero tolerance for drama. Natural leadership ability. You can manage a job site and mentor a junior team member. Rock-solid reliability. Punctuality is non-negotiable. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus, not required). Physical ability to perform the work — lifting, ladder work, working in various temperatures and confined spaces.
