15 Days On / 6 Days Off | 12+ Hour Shifts About the Opportunity Join a leading oilfield services team as a Cement Equipment Operator and play a critical role in supporting safe and efficient wellsite operations. This position offers a consistent 15 days on / 6 days off rotation , competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work with an experienced field crew in one of the nation's busiest oil-producing regions. What You'll Do As a Cement Equipment Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining cementing equipment used during oilfield operations while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.
Responsibilities include:
Operate cementing pumps, mixers, bulk equipment, and related systems during wellsite operations. Perform rig-up and rig-down of cementing equipment and associated iron. Monitor cementing operations, pressures, pumping rates, and equipment performance. Safely transport equipment and materials using CDL Class A commercial vehicles. Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on cementing equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs. Complete inspection reports, equipment logs, DOT documentation, and job paperwork. Follow OSHA, DOT, company, and customer safety standards at all times. Work closely with supervisors and field crews to execute cementing programs successfully. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications CDL Class A (Required) High School Diploma or GED Experience operating cementing equipment in the oil and gas industry. Experience performing rig-up and rig-down operations. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience. Ability to work a 15 days on / 6 days off rotation. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Clean driving record meeting DOT requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with bulk cement systems and cement mixing equipment. Experience operating manual and automatic transmission equipment. Oilfield cementing certifications. Mechanical or technical vocational training. Experience using computerized cementing control systems.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
