Job Description
Job Summary Dynamic Well Service is seeking an experienced and safety-driven Frac Pump Operator to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate must have prior frac pump operating experience and hold a valid CDL. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining high-pressure pumping equipment during hydraulic fracturing operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance in the field. Key Responsibilities Operate high-pressure frac pumps and related fracturing equipment safely and efficiently Monitor pump pressures, fluid rates, and equipment performance during operations Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues in the field Perform daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment Assist with rig-up and rig-down procedures at job locations Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles and equipment Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and customer site procedures Accurately complete daily reports, logs, and maintenance documentation Maintain communication with supervisors, mechanics, and fellow crew members Work long hours in varying weather and field conditions Required Qualifications Previous frac pump operating experience
