Roustabouts Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Overtime Available Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking crew? We're looking for dependable, safety-focused Roustabouts who take pride in getting the job done right. What You'll Do- Assist with oilfield, water transfer, and site operations
- Load, unload, and move equipment, materials, and supplies
- Rig up and rig down hoses, pumps, tanks, and related equipment
- Perform general labor, site maintenance, and cleanup
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Support field crews with daily operational activities
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Complete required paperwork and inspections What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience in oil & gas, water transfer, construction, or heavy equipment operation is a plus
