This hands-on supervisory role ensures operations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. You will be the point of leadership on job sites, responsible for crew direction, quality control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support construction crews performing natural gas distribution work, including installation of 8″ plastic main and related components. Ensure all field activities follow safety protocols, company procedures, and industry installation standards. Coordinate daily work assignments and provide hands-on guidance to crew members. Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor daily progress, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans to meet project schedules and quality expectations. Maintain accurate daily documentation, including timesheets, production reports, as-builts, service cards, and traceability logs. Train and mentor crew members in safe work practices and job-specific skills. Conduct ongoing safety observations and address any hazards or performance concerns immediately.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Proficient knowledge of natural gas distribution installation techniques and compliance standards. Ability to lead crews effectively and maintain accountability for work performance and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3+ years of field experience as a foreman overseeing gas distribution projects. At least 2+ years of experience with gas-pipeline construction and replacement work. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and as-built drawings. Physical Demands This role requires sustained physical effort, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 pounds, prolonged walking and standing, and performing strenuous tasks under varying environmental conditions.
