In this energetic role, you will perform essential manual labor and equipment maintenance tasks on oil rigs and pipeline sites, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance. Your hands-on skills and proactive attitude will help keep our operations efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in the oil & gas industry while working outdoors in challenging environments. Your dedication will directly contribute to powering communities and supporting energy infrastructure worldwide. Responsibilities Assist with heavy equipment operation, including excavators, Hydrovac and Vaccranes, forklifts, and tanker trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper maintenance. Support pipeline installation, repair, and inspection activities, adhering to safety protocols and technical standards. Perform rigging tasks for lifting and positioning heavy components on oil rigs and construction sites. Operate pump systems and pumping equipment to facilitate fluid transfer during drilling or production processes. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respiratory protection, helmets, gloves, and safety vests at all times to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct outdoor work activities across various construction sites, including horizontal drilling operations for pipeline installation. Follow OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines to ensure compliance with safety regulations during all job functions. Experience Prior experience working with heavy equipment operation on oil & gas or construction sites is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of pipeline systems, pumping systems, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with rigging, crane operation, excavator handling, forklift driving, and tanker truck operation is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to OSHA standards and PPE use in outdoor industrial environments. Background in oil rig operations or construction site work that involves horizontal drilling or similar activities is a plus. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent certification for operating tanker trucks or other commercial vehicles preferred.
