Job Summary:
The Seasonal Restraint Equipment Operator supports safe, efficient, and professional field operations across oil and gas worksites, including frac locations, drill outs, flowback operations, and drilling rigs. This role is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, assembling, installing, servicing, and transporting restraint systems and related equipment to ensure safe and dependable operation. The ideal candidate is safety-driven, dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to work in outdoor field environments while representing Compliance Services LLC professionally at customer locations.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, clean, assemble, install, and service restraint systems and related equipment to support safe and dependable operation. Perform accurate functional tests, document findings, and promptly report deficiencies to the Supervisor. Load, unload, and transport equipment safely between company facilities and customer locations. Assist with inspection and maintenance of shop and field equipment, including restraints, SCBAs, manifolds, hoses, and regulators. Maintain restraint trailers so they remain clean, professional, orderly, fully stocked, and job-ready. Ensure safety equipment, completed JSAs, checklists, and sign-in forms are readily available for job assignments. Report supply deficiencies, damaged equipment, job concerns, personnel concerns, or safety issues to the Supervisor in a timely manner. Follow company safety expectations, job procedures, and customer site requirements at all times. Remain available for on-call or stand-by assignments as needed during the seasonal work period. Represent Compliance Services LLC professionally while communicating with supervisors, crew members, and customers at field locations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Driver's License required. Prior oil and gas industry experience preferred. First Aid / CPR / AED certification required. H2S Awareness Training required. Safeland Training required.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to consistently perform field‑based physical tasks under varying conditions: Regular sitting, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, pushing/pulling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs . Work in outdoor environments, including exposure to weather, vibrations, hazards (high pressure, chemicals, gas releases, fire), and atmospheric conditions (dust, fumes, odors, poor ventilation). Wearing a respirator and working in tight spaces may be required.
Compensation & Benefits:
