Rotating Days & Nights Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Oilfield Gauger / Field Operator to join our team in the Houston area. This role involves operating on a 7-on, 7-off schedule with day and night rotations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lease operations and gauging wells, along with a proactive and safety-focused approach to fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Gauge wells and monitor production Start and monitor pumps and compressors Submit accurate production reports Perform routine field checks and troubleshoot equipment Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments Work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of oilfield experience, with gauging and lease operations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work rotating shifts (days and nights) Strong work ethic and ability to operate self-sufficiently Positive attitude and a commitment to safety

Preferred Traits:
