Primary Responsibilities Ensure all crew members are on site and ready to work at the scheduled start time Demonstrate expertise in setting and releasing downhole tools Operate rig equipment as directed by the company or client representative Achieve productivity targets for all rig functions Provide high-quality products and services to customers Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment Manage routine maintenance and care of assigned rig and equipment Promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere among the rig crew Position Requirements Proven ability to set and release downhole tools At least 5 years of double/triple rig experience Minimum 5 years' experience with double pole operations Experience as a Pulling Unit operator, Derrickhand, or in other oilfield roles Valid Class A CDL driver's license (preferred) Additional heavy equipment licenses or certifications are a plus
