Oilfield Crew Hands are responsible for supporting drilling, completion, and production operations at oil and gas sites. This role involves physically demanding labor, operating equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and assisting skilled operators and supervisors in daily field activities. Operate basic oilfield machinery and hand tools as directed Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment) Support drilling, fracking, or production crews as needed Load and unload materials, including heavy lifting (50+ lbs regularly) Monitor equipment and report any issues or hazards to supervisors Work outdoors in varying weather and harsh conditions Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
