Job Description

Superintendent - Deep Foundations Western New York | Full Time About the Company We are partnered with a well-established deep foundation and marine contractor with a strong and growing backlog across New York state. Projects range from $50K to $30M and support infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and waterfront construction.

  • Competitive compensation based on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for deep foundation and shoring projects throughout Western New York.
This role is ideal for a hands on leader with strong pile driving, drilling, or marine construction experience who can manage crews, equipment, safety, and day to day jobsite execution. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise field crews performing piling, drilling, shoring, and marine construction activities
  • Coordinate daily operations including equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site logistics
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and project specifications
  • Work closely with project managers on scheduling, productivity, and cost control
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs with office and field leadership
  • Support layout, planning, and sequencing of deep foundation operations
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and documentation
  • Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and general contractors Qualifications
  • 5 plus years of experience in deep foundation, pile driving, drilling, or heavy civil construction
  • Proven leadership managing field crews on active construction sites
  • Strong understanding of equipment used in piling, drilling, and shoring operations
  • Ability to read plans, interpret specifications, and coordinate with engineers and project managers
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
