Job Title:
- Derrick Hand
Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Derrick Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of the operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup of work over rig and locations
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards
- Perform general maintenance tasks on the rig as needed
- Willingness to work derrick position is required
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly on oil rigs
- Commercial driving experience with vehicles is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA guidelines
