Wheel loader/Excavator Operator Stone Quarry

Job Description The wheel loader, excavator Operator positions report to the Plant Manager and will be in a role of loading haul trucks in a stone quarry. Ability to perform general maintenance on machine and help with daily maintenance.

POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidates will be energetic, dependable and a self-motivated person, who can work in a busy quarry atmosphere Responsible for keeping a steady consistent feed to the plant hopper The ability to operate hand and foot controls in vehicle Operate service equipment and perform regular maintenance on equipment Perform daily inspection of vehicle at site Perform pre-operation check of equipment and complete documentation At times there will be physical labor such as shoveling

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be safety conscious, dependable, motivated and possess a positive attitude in working with others as a team This is a quarry operation digging in quarry shots Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime during peak production times Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen www.lopkestone.com
