Description Loader Operator - Job Requirements Core Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, load, and position birds onto truck. Load live birds , typically ranging from 30,000 to 72,000 per shift , following all safety and animal welfare protocols. Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safe operation in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods (approximately 6-13 hours per shift). Ability to work in hot or cold environments for long durations.
