Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front End Wheel Bucket Loader Operator to join our team. In this vital role, you will operate front-end wheel loaders equipped with buckets & Forks to efficiently load Cottonseed, unload semi trucks on a truck dump, move, couple and uncouple rail cars and assist in various maintenance projects. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations on a busy job site, contributing to the timely completion of loading rail car while maintaining safety and precision at all times. You must hold a valid Drivers License, pass frequent drug test and attend machine operator safety training meetings. Workers must keep a bank account to receive direct deposit. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment and be an integral part of our transloading operations. Duties Operate front-end wheel bucket loaders safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials around job site. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, perform minor maintenance, and report any mechanical issues promptly Support the operation of other heavy machinery including truck dump, and aerial man lifts as needed Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy construction equipment including loaders, truck dumps and aerial man lifts. Proven experience operating front-end wheel loaders in a industrial setting with a focus on safety and efficiency Familiarity with Caterpillar (CAT) equipment models and controls is highly desirable Ability to perform basic maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly Knowledge of industrial site safety standards and procedures Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors Join us in building the future!
