Loader Operator/Plant Maintenance

Premier Materials Coolidge is seeking an experienced Pit Loader Operator at our operation in Coolidge, AZ. Competitive pay depending on experience. About us Premier Materials Coolidge is a sand and gravel business in Coolidge, AZ.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position. Typical work schedule Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, but may be required to work overtime, early morning shift start times and/or weekends.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Operate Wheel Loader to feed Crusher Plant in a safe and efficient manner. Experience operating Skid Steer, Water Pull, Forklift. Perform pre and post operational inspections on equipment. Perform other related duties as required. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.

Previous pit loader, skid steer, water pull, forklift operating experience required. Must have reading, writing, and basic math skills. Must be able to stand, walk, or sit, for extended periods of time. The employee is required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to pass employment requirements such as a drug screen, and background check.
