What We are Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Familiar with operating: blade, wheel loader, skip loader, excavator, skid steer, scraper, Gannon, and similar equipment. Ability to read and interpret plans Skilled in reading grade stakes and checking grades with precision Clean driving record required Committed to safety, quality, and keeping job sites clean Experience with GPS- enabled equipment (a plus)
