• Yard Operator
• to manage material handling, inventory, and logistics in our Kingman yard. If you thrive working outdoors, take pride in running heavy machinery safely, and enjoy a mix of equipment operation and digital logistics tracking, we want to hear from you.
• What You'll Do Every Day

Operate Heavy Equipment:

• Safely run large forklifts (minimum 12,000-lb capacity) and
• telehandlers (telescopic handlers)
• to move heavy, oversized loads across an outdoor yard. +

• Load & Unload Flatbeds:

• Expertly handle 40-ft HDPE pipe bundles, large structures, and specialized industrial fittings. +

• Secure Shipments:

• Ensure all outbound flatbed trailers are perfectly stable and secured using proper banding and dunnage (padding/bracing material). +

• Manage Inventory Digitally:

• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips, perform daily cycle counts, and keep logs updated using our Epicor-Prelude ERP computer system. +

• Coordinate Shipping:

• Use our Transportation Management System (TMS) to select shipping modes and coordinate with freight carriers. +

• Maintain wide, clear aisles and pristine housekeeping to keep your workspace safe for everyone.
• What We Are Looking For
• + •Equipment Experience (Required):•Must have proven, hands-on experience operating •telehandlers•.

Prior experience operating heavy-duty forklifts (12k+ capacity) is highly preferred (on-site forklift certification will be provided). +

• Education:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. +

• Industry Background:

• Past experience in a lumber yard, pipe yard, construction yard, or heavy distribution center gives you a major head start. +

• Tech Basics:

• Comfortable using email (Outlook) and typing basic data entry into tracking software. +

• Mindset:

• A safety-first self-starter who can manage their time independently to meet tight shipping deadlines.
• Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• + Comfortable working fully outdoors in changing Kingman weather conditions. + Physically active role requiring regular walking, standing, stooping, crouching, and reaching. + Ability to lift/exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently. + Excellent spatial awareness and depth perception for safely maneuvering telehandlers and long-length materials.
