Responsibilities Safely operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, , and other construction equipment to perform tasks such as grading, digging, lifting, and material transportation. Manage various trucks such as front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, and roll-off trucks to support site operations. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites by moving materials and preparing work areas. Collaborate closely with site supervisors and team members to execute project plans efficiently and safely. Follow all safety protocols and regulations related to construction site operations and heavy machinery use. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge of construction equipment including Caterpillar machinery and farm-related machinery such as tankers and concrete mixers. Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active job sites with a focus on safety and precision. Strong understanding of construction site procedures, safety standards, and equipment maintenance. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with heavy machinery. Familiarity with various types of construction vehicles including cranes, front loader trucks, water trucks, farm machinery, and concrete mixers is highly desirable.
