In this role, you will operate specialized equipment to clean, prepare, and compact surfaces for paving and construction projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on job sites. Full Time/ Over Time/ Traveling /$22 Key Responsibilities Operate power brooms to clean roads, parking lots, and job sites by removing debris, dust, and loose materials Operate rollers to compact asphalt, soil, and gravel to meet project specifications Perform pre- and post-equipment inspections to ensure safe operation Maintain equipment in clean and proper working condition Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently Assist with general labor duties as needed Complete required reports and documentation Requirements 1+ year : Experience operating construction equipment broom and/or roller.
