Heavy Equipment Operator - Excavator

Steel Mill Recycling is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator Preferred experience in smoothly operating a CAT controlled excavator with a demolition grapple thumb attachment, hydraulic grapple attachment, excavator with shear attachment, forklift, and other yard equipment. You will be loading and unloading scrap metal Experience in the Scrap Metal Industry is a plus. Must be able to lift and move items that might weigh up to 75 pounds Must have strong mechanical skills and ability to perform maintenence and inspections Drug-free and able to pass drug and alcohol testing Good Customer Service Skills to meet and exceed customer expectations Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner Spanish speaking/Bilingual a plus. Full-time or part-time positions available Hourly rate and compensation are based on experience. $26-30/hour
