Job Summary We're hiring a Certified Excavator Operator to join our recycling operations team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for safety-conscious professionals who are experienced with heavy machinery. Responsibilities Operate excavators and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Load, sort, and transport demolition and recycling materials. Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment. Follow OSHA and site-specific safety protocols at all times. Communicate with ground teams to maintain safe and efficient workflow. Operate the thumb smoothly with the bucket Coordinate the thumb with the arm movements Possibly switch between different attachments Work safely and efficiently with the added functionality

Qualifications Required:

Valid Excavator Operator Certification (NCCER, OSHA-recognized, or equivalent). 1+ year of experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred:

Experience in construction, demolition, or recycling yards. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
