This role is responsible for developing lift plans, supporting project execution, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient crane operations. Duties Develop detailed lift plans to support project managers and field operations Size and select appropriate mobile cranes for project requirements Communicate with clients to understand project needs, specifications, and timelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling and estimating Respond to after-hours client calls when necessary to confirm or adjust work schedules Collaborate with management to secure and complete project work and design solutions Review and interpret technical drawings and create associated rigging plans Track and document time spent on drawing reviews and project work Assist in maintaining company documentation and resources (e.g., SharePoint) Support development of engineering tools and processes for special projects Participate in job walks and planning meetings as required Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases to support lift planning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred) Experience in crane operations, rigging, or lift planning strongly preferred Strong understanding of load calculations and lifting principles Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); experience with engineering or CAD software is a plus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
