Dozer/Excavator Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dozer/Excavator Operator to join our dynamic mining team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers and excavators to facilitate various construction activities. Your expertise will help ensure the efficient, safe, and precise movement of earth, materials, and equipment on-site. Responsibilities Operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and other heavy equipment with precision and safety. Perform site preparation tasks including grading, trenching, backfilling, and land clearing to support mining activities. Conduct routine pre shift inspections of machinery before and after use to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to execute daily tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and operational logs. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, and graders. Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving dump trucks or similar vehicles preferred. Strong understanding of mine site safety procedures and practices. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods. Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment or similar brands is highly desirable. Construction site experience involving paving, grading, and mining operations is a plus. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
