CDL A Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Operator

Duties:

• Operate a tow truck to safely transport vehicles to designated locations
• Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment, such as a forklift
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself, customers, and vehicles

Experience:

• Previous experience as a tow truck driver is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
