In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse sites, utilize mechanical knowledge, and contribute to impactful infrastructure development. Duties Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and Caterpillar machinery to perform earthmoving, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks. Drive and manage various trucks such as front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker trucks to transport materials and supplies across construction sites. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance. Assist with site preparation by managing concrete mixers and supporting other construction activities requiring precise mechanical operation. Follow safety protocols diligently while executing tasks on construction sites with a focus on minimizing hazards. Collaborate with team members to coordinate the movement of materials like farm machinery and other large equipment needed for project completion. Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and operational reports for project documentation. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with hands-on operation of heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and similar equipment. Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving various trucks including tanker and water trucks. Familiarity with operating concrete mixers and farm machinery is a plus. Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation in construction environments. Prior experience with Caterpillar machinery or similar brands is highly desirable. Join us in building the future!
