Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Yard Helper and become a vital part of our yard operations! In this energetic role, you will assist with efficiently pulling bins to maintain route efficiency. Your proactive approach and attention to safety will help maintain a well-organized work environment supporting productivity. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in heavy equipment operation and materials handling while contributing to a fast-paced distribution setting. Working Monday through Saturday from 5am until the work is done, averaging 15-20 hours of OT per week, with a $900-1100 per week take-home. Duties Assist with pulling bins for trucks Handle materials efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory Maintain a clean, organized yard by stacking pallets, managing waste, and ensuring clear pathways Experience Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling Able to lift and pull bins throughout a shift Showing up on time and ready for work Communicate with support and dispatch teams as needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to safety, efficiency, and growth!
