is a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and performance , and we are currently hiring experienced Backhoe/Excavator Operators and Underground Utilities Foremen to join our team. We have multiple active job sites throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County and are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a respected team.

Position Overview:

These roles involve operating heavy equipment and/or leading crews in the installation of underground sewer and water systems. Ideal candidates are experienced in utility work, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate backhoes and excavators safely and efficiently (Operators) Lead and coordinate underground utility crews (Foremen) Install sewer and water systems according to project specifications Read and interpret plans, layouts, and grade stakes Ensure job site safety and compliance with all regulations Work collaboratively with crew members, supervisors, and project managers Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in backhoe/excavator operation and/or underground utility installation Strong knowledge of sewer and water system installation Valid driver's license (required) Ability to work on multiple job sites across Los Angeles and Ventura County Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Preferred (Not Required): Previous foreman or crew leadership experience Experience reading blueprints and grading plans
