Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment on a construction site, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects.

• Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as graders, diggers, water trucks, dump trucks, and bulldozers to construct and maintain infrastructure, including roads and buildings.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and ensure all safety precautions are in place before starting work.
• Monitor and control equipment to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Operate tanker trucks to transport materials and equipment.
• Perform horizontal drilling operations as required.
• Pave roads and surfaces with precision and care.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and productivity.

• Experience:

• Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or in a related field.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, graders, and dump trucks.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
