Job Description

Allstates Consulting Services is looking for an experienced Hydrovac Operator in the Denver CO area. This is a full time, W2 positions with benefits.
Candidate Profile:
The "Utility Player" We are looking for a high-intensity individual who fits the "•Built in the dirt "• culture. This position requires a CDL holder who is equally comfortable behind the wheel, in the operator's seat, or handling a shovel. We are specifically looking for one of the following two profiles:
Option A:
CDL Equipment Operator Expert in Hydrovac operation and small mobile hydraulics (mini-excavators, skid steers). High mechanical aptitude; Diesel Mechanic experience is a significant advantage.
Option B:
CDL Concrete Expert Deep experience in concrete finishing, forming, and placement, specifically related to equipment pads or utility restoration. Ability to drive the mixer or haul equipment and lead the pour/finish on-site. Core Requirements (Both Profiles)
Licensing:
Valid Class A or B CDL (Clean MVR).
Physicality:
Must be willing to perform labor-intensive work. This role is 30% driving and 70% active field operations/labor.
Travel:
Flexibility for occasional regional travel (up to 2 weeks at a time, max 20% of the year).
Compliance:
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test. Key Responsibilities Transporting equipment, materials, or concrete to telecom/infrastructure job sites.
Option A Focus:
Operating Hydrovacs for utility daylighting and excavators for trenching.
Option B Focus:
Managing concrete pours for generator pads and infrastructure foundations. Performing preventative maintenance or minor repairs on fleet and machinery. Competitive hourly wages + On-the-job training.

Staffing Note:
We are looking for "grit." Whether they come from a heavy civil, utility, or concrete background, they must be willing to jump out of the truck and lead the work on the ground. Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
