Job Description

Hain Materials Corp., a sand, gravel, and asphalt operation located in Windham, CT is seeking a dependable Plant Operator/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and working in an aggregate production environment. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining safe and efficient plant operations.
Responsibilities may include:
Operating plant equipment and loaders Monitoring plant production and material flow Performing routine maintenance and inspections Assisting with plant clean-up and general labor when needed Following all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment Loader experience required Valid driver's license required Surface mining experience is helpful Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
Compensation:
Salary based on experience
Schedule:
Monday - Friday Overtime available Occasional Saturdays required We are an
