- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment, contributing to the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and dump trucks. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with crew members to execute construction tasks efficiently. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with Caterpillar machinery. Experience working with underground utilities and GPS a plus. Previous construction site experience is preferred. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Experience operating various types of machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other related equipment.
