Job Description

A bout the
Role:
3J Nursery is looking for a motivated, hard-working helper to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on position where you will assist with general nursery operations and learn to operate a bobcat/skid steer to load materials such as soil, mulch, and plants onto trucks and trailers for customers. No prior skid steer experience required — we are open to training the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is eager to learn, and wants to grow with a nursery business.
Schedule & Pay:
  • Pay:
    Starting at $500/week
  • Schedule:
    5 days per week
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily nursery operations including loading and organizing materials
  • Learn to operate a bobcat/skid steer to load materials onto customer trucks and trailers
  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform general labor tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual — English and Spanish required
  • Must be of legal working age
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to and from the nursery
  • Willingness to learn and operate a bobcat/skid steer (training provided)
  • Hardworking, dependable, and punctual
  • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in Florida weather
