Full Job Description Job Summary:

Bravo Site Works is seeking a skilled and reliable Grader Operator to join our sitework division. The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating grading equipment to shape and level terrain in preparation for utility installation, roadwork, and commercial construction projects. This role is key to our field operations and requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and strong coordination with crew members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate grading machinery such as motor graders, loaders, and backhoes to prepare land for civil and utility construction. Assist in site prep activities including trenching, excavation, and rough/fine grading to meet job specifications. Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. Work closely with site superintendents and crew members to maintain daily production goals and safe work zones. Operate support equipment as needed (dump trucks, water trucks, and other heavy equipment). Follow all Bravo Site Works safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company guidelines. Contribute to jobsite cleanliness, readiness, and compliance throughout the duration of the project.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, specifically motor graders. Strong understanding of cut-and-fill operations, slope and elevation adjustments, and fine grading techniques. Experience in sitework, civil utilities, or land development projects is highly preferred. Basic mechanical skills for daily inspections and minor troubleshooting. Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus. Familiarity with horizontal drilling or excavation methods is a plus. Must be dependable, safety-minded, and capable of working outdoors in varying conditions.
