Labor/ Equipment Operator No Minimum Education Requirement Willing to train / One-year construction experience Valid Driver's License Eligible for Security clearance Labor / Equipment Operator - Demolition Operate Concrete cutting and core drilling equipment Learn proper operation and safety regulations of large construction equipment Ensure safe operation of equipment by performing regular checks on their functionality Perform groundwork as needed Document maintenance checks to maintain records of equipment performance Provide preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and operating Clean equipment to preserve its quality and functionality Perform maintenance and small repairs on equipment issues Report needs for larger repairs to the appropriate parties Abide by all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as all company safety procedures Commit to the overall safety of the work environment
