The Role:
Excavator Operator We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to maintain and operate an aquatic excavator in a marine environment. This is a hands-on, field-based role working throughout South Central Florida. You'll be part of our Operations team, reporting directly to the Founder. We're looking for someone who is: Stable and dependable Safety-focused Mission-driven Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Interested in long-term growth within agriculture and environmental technology This is not a short-term position. We are building something meaningful — and we want people who want to build with us. What You'll Be Doing Operating and maintaining an aquatic excavator in a marine environment Working in environmentally sensitive areas with precision and care Performing general equipment inspections and maintenance Traveling throughout South Central Florida as projects require Representing a mission-driven company with professionalism What You'll Be Doing Operating and maintaining an aquatic excavator in a marine environment Working in environmentally sensitive areas with precision and care Conducting routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance; performing basic maintenance as needed Following project plans accurately to complete tasks efficiently Coordinating with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites Assisting with a variety of tasks when required Documenting work progress and reporting any issues or equipment malfunctions promptly Traveling throughout South Central Florida as projects require Representing a mission-driven company with professionalism
What You Bring Required:
Experience operating large excavators Experience in marine or aquatic environments General understanding of heavy equipment maintenance OSHA Certification Stable work history Strong communication skills Responsible, organized and safety-minded Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Knowledge of safety standards and procedures; ability to proactively identify and report potential hazards Bonus (Not Required): CDL license Join our team and be part of exciting projects where your skills truly make an impact!
