Consistent and available Position Overview We are hiring Heavy Equipment Operator Trainees. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to break into heavy equipment operation in an industrial setting. No CDL required. No dump truck experience needed. Training is provided. Candidates with general labor, construction, warehouse, or industrial backgrounds are encouraged to apply. What You'll Be Doing Operate 40‑ton Volvo articulated off‑road dump trucks Operate water trucks for dust control and site safety Haul and unload dirt, clay, gravel, and ash throughout the site Perform basic pre‑ and post‑shift equipment inspections Follow all safety, environmental, and site regulations Support general labor tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For CDL NOT required No prior dump truck experience required Experience around heavy equipment, construction, labor, or industrial work is a plus Ability to work long shifts outdoors in an industrial environment Strong safety awareness and reliability Willingness to learn and take direction Why This Opportunity? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
