Equipment Operator

The Equipment Operator plays a vital role in a landscape supply setting, responsible for safely and efficiently operating machinery to assist with loading and handling various materials. This individual works independently and contributes to the smooth daily operations during assigned shifts, which include weekdays and busy seasonal Saturdays. Physical stamina and attention to safety are essential due to the demanding nature of the job. Responsibilities Operate Rubber Tire Loader to transport and load materials Handle and load customers' pine straw, boulders, firewood and flagstone by hand Maintain safety standards while operating equipment and during heavy lifting Manage loading processes efficiently to support landscape supply demands Work independently following daily shift schedules Preferred Qualifications Valid Georgia driver's license Experience operating a Rubber Tire Loader Fluency in English Strong attention to detail
