Heavy Equipment Operator

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment used in construction and site preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment such as excavators AND loaders
• Perform tasks including loading, unloading, and moving concrete, crushing concrete to make recycled materials such as base coarse, 3B fine, S4C, etc.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment
• Proficiency in the operation of excavators and loaders
• Ability to interpret project plans and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
