Position Overview KJ & Clinton is hiring an Equipment Operator/CDL Truck Driver. This is not just a driving job. We are seeking someone who can safely operate a CDL truck, deliver roll-off dumpsters, operate equipment (skid loader and excavator) on demolition jobs, protect customer property, and represent our company professionally in the field. The right person is reliable, safety-minded, hardworking, mechanically aware, and capable of taking ownership without constant supervision. Lead Operator or Field Supervisor Core Responsibilities Operate CDL truck, roll-off hoist, tarping system, and related equipment Deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Identify and report maintenance or safety issues Operate skid loader, excavator, or similar equipment and attachments. Demolition jobs, debris loading, site cleanup, and material separation Protect driveways, yards, buildings, equipment, and customer property Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and disposal facilities.
