High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Valid Driver's License Ability to successfully complete preemployment screening Ability to accommodate variable schedule (early starts, long days, overtime, occasional Saturdays) - Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physical labor Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures and instructions closely Able to be on feet all day and work in a team-based environment Must provide required PPE (FR clothing, steel-toe boots) Plusses At least 12 months' work experience Industrial, warehouse, or logistics experience Shipping/receiving or loadout experience Basic mechanical aptitude or exposure to equipment operations
Job Description:
We are hiring a Loadout Operator to support an O&G customer in a hands-on, outdoor role focused on truck and railcar operations. This position handles connecting/disconnecting hoses, taking samples, and assisting with loading/unloading biodiesel and feedstock in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is variable Monday-Friday with early starts (as early as 5:30 AM), long days based on truck traffic, and occasional Saturday half days; overtime is common. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with intent to convert based on performance (not guaranteed). Pay ranges from $18-$24/hour depending on experience.
