What You'll Do Operate heavy highway construction equipment safely Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance Haul equipment to job sites Assist with tools, labor, and site cleanup Follow all safety procedures and attend safety meetings What You Bring Valid Class A CDL with insurable driving record At least 3 months of heavy equipment experience Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow directions and work safely Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Physical Requirements Work outdoors in all weather conditions Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Climb in/out of equipment and work 10+ hour shifts Safely work around traffic and heavy equipment Work Environment Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and active construction zones, including traffic at highway speeds.
