This is a hands-on role. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks and heavy wrecker equipment on a wide range of recovery calls Oversee dispatch coordination and ensure timely response to service calls Be available on-call during nights and weekends as required Ensure equipment is maintained, serviced, and roadworthy at all times Represent Prime Towing and Recovery professionally with clients and agencies Requirements Minimum 2 years of heavy wrecker experience required, no exceptions Valid CDL with a clean driving record Demonstrated heavy recovery experience Must pass a Idaho State Patrol (ISP) background check Must be available to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
