Excavation Forman Pusher Construction, Inc. - 3.2 Garden City, ID Job Details Full-time $30 - $40 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Computer operation Excavator Attention to detail Driving Organizational skills Dozer Loader operation Full Job Description We are currently seeking a Foreman/Equipment Operator for our excavation division. Candidate will be the on-site, day-to-day leader of the excavation crew. As part of the excavation crew, the Foreman/Equipment Operator will be required to read and interpret plans, plan ahead for daily crew tasks, instruct crew members on daily tasks, liaison between the field and company superintendent, do some general labor and operate various pieces of equipment (excavators, loaders, graders, etc.) as needed.
Qualification/Skills:
  • Proven ability to accomplish tasks in an efficient, timely manner
  • Ability to read and understand all aspects of excavation plans
  • Qualified to operate all manner of machinery/equipment
  • Demonstrate a can do/whatever it takes attitude
  • Must be able to lift 100 lbs
  • Work well with a team
  • Possess solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrate awareness of all health and safety protocols
  • Able to remain calm and clear-headed in an emergency
  • Manage time efficiently
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Communicate clearly and effectively
  • Capable of translating industry terminology into straightforward terms for explanatory purposes
