We support the region's construction and materials needs by producing high‑quality aggregates and maintaining safe, efficient pit operations. Our team works hard every day to deliver reliable service, consistent production, and a workplace built on teamwork and integrity. With your skill and commitment, we'll continue to raise that standard. We're looking for a skilled Dozer Operator with experience working in a gravel pit or similar production environment. You'll be responsible for pushing, leveling, maintaining stockpiles, assisting with pit floor management, and supporting safe, efficient material flow. This role requires strong awareness, steady control, and the ability to work around trucks, loaders, and active equipment. Responsibilities
  • Operate dozer to push, level, and maintain material stockpiles
  • Follow all state regulations, including OSHA standards
  • Inspect and maintain the equipment
  • Work with other operators and truck drivers to meet goals Requirements
  • Valid Drivers License (CDL A preferred)
  • Heavy Equipment experience
  • Pit experience
  • Safety awareness Qualifications
  • Ability to climb on and off equipment and perform occasional labor
  • Ability to use a tape measure and grade rod
  • Abide by Idaho Sand and Gravel's mission and standards
  • Strong hand eye coordination
  • Ability to work together in a team environment
Pay:
$24.00
